Indea Games (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent mobile game studio. This privacy policy covers the mobile game Foreman Tycoon (package name com.indeagames.foremantycoon) on Android and iOS. It explains what data is processed when you play, why, and the choices you have. It applies only to this app — our other games have their own policies at indeagames.com/privacy.
You do not create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. Your game progress is stored on your device. The game shows ads and sells optional in-app purchases; the companies that provide those services receive limited technical and device information — such as your advertising ID, IP address and other device identifiers — through the third-party SDKs described in section 3. Some of that data counts as personal data under laws such as the GDPR, and the rest of this policy explains how it is handled.
Foreman Tycoon is a construction-tycoon game published by Indea Games (developer: Emre Karatas), Istanbul, Turkey.
Your progress (money, buildings, workers, settings, purchase and review counters) is saved locally on your device so the game can continue between sessions. We do not receive this data. Deleting the game or its data removes it.
Local reminders (for example, "your construction is finished" or a daily-reward reminder) are scheduled on your device only; they are not sent from a server, and you can turn them off in your device settings or in the game's notification settings.
We do not run our own analytics or advertising servers. The game shows interstitial, rewarded and app-open ads through Yodo1 MAS. Yodo1 and the networks it works with (currently including Google AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, ironSource, Meta Audience Network, Pangle, Mintegral, InMobi, Vungle/Liftoff, Fyber, BidMachine, Bigo and Moloco) may collect and use:
Yodo1 also runs its own analytics service (ThinkingData) that collects device, app and crash/performance information to measure the health of its SDK and ad delivery.
This information is used to serve, measure and limit the frequency of ads, to prevent fraud, and, where permitted, to personalize ads.
On iOS the game asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. The game may use the iOS advertising identifier for third-party advertising, which Apple classifies as tracking; it only does so if you allow it in the "Allow tracking" prompt. If you decline, ads are not personalized using the IDFA. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization in Google settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads).
In the game you can also turn off "Personalized ads" under Manage > Finance. When it is off, we tell our ad partners that you opt out of the sale of your data (CCPA "do not sell"); the default is on, and the change reaches the ad networks at the next launch.
Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and the UK), consent for personalized ads is requested through a consent message provided by Google (User Messaging Platform); ads are personalized only according to your choice there. You can also email us at indeagamesstudio@gmail.com at any time to ask about or withdraw your choice.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we never see your payment card details. To confirm what you own and to restore purchases, the game uses RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user ID, your purchase and subscription status and receipt information, and basic device/app information.
If you choose to rate the game, the request is handled by Google Play or the App Store. We do not receive your rating or your identity from that flow.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it except with the service providers named in this policy, who process it for the purposes described, or when the law requires it. The third parties with whom we share data protect it at the same or an equivalent level as this policy.
If you see an inappropriate, misleading or broken ad, please tell us: open Manage > Finance > Report an ad in the game, or email indeagamesstudio@gmail.com. We pass reports on to the ad provider and can stop the ad source from being shown.
Data held by the ad networks and by RevenueCat is kept according to their policies. To ask for deletion of data associated with your anonymous RevenueCat ID, or to exercise any of your rights, email indeagamesstudio@gmail.com and include the app user ID if you can (or describe your device and purchase).
Depending on where you live — for example the EEA, the United Kingdom, Turkey under KVKK, or California under CCPA/CPRA — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority. We will respond within the time required by law. We do not discriminate against users who exercise these rights.
The game is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age). Parents can limit ad personalization and purchases in their device and store settings.
Foreman Tycoon is free to play and is funded by ads and optional in-app purchases, delivered through the Yodo1 MAS mediation platform. To do this, the app includes the third-party SDKs listed below. Each SDK collects the data shown on its card directly from your device, which means that data is shared with the vendor named on the card, and each vendor processes it under its own privacy policy, linked there. The same disclosures are reflected in the app’s Google Play Data Safety section and Apple App Privacy label. Mediation means Yodo1 passes each ad request on to a number of partner ad networks and serves whichever one fills it, so the data on the Yodo1 card is also received by the network that ultimately shows you the ad. Yodo1 maintains the current list of those partners, and each of them processes data under its own privacy policy; the Yodo1 policy linked below is the authoritative starting point for that list.

Ads in Foreman Tycoon may be personalized (chosen using your advertising ID and inferred interests) or non-personalized (chosen only from context, such as the game you are playing and your approximate region). Where the law requires it — for example under the GDPR — personalized ads are only shown with your consent, and declining consent means you see non-personalized ads instead; the game itself stays fully playable either way.
Your device’s advertising ID is a resettable identifier that ad networks use for frequency capping, fraud prevention, measurement and personalization (with your consent where the law requires it). You are in control of it:
We do not add analytics tools of our own to Foreman Tycoon. The advertising SDK includes ThinkingData (in Yodo1 MAS), which the ad provider uses to measure how its ads and SDK perform; it may process device identifiers and usage events on the provider’s behalf, as described on its card in section 3. Basic, aggregated performance data may also be reported by the app stores.
Foreman Tycoon requests only the permissions it needs to work:
Foreman Tycoon is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at indeagamesstudio@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over your personal data, including the following.
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK (GDPR): you have the right to access, rectify, erase and receive a portable copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Our legal bases are your consent (personalized advertising), performance of our contract with you (processing and restoring your in-app purchases), our legitimate interests (non-personalized ads and fraud prevention) and compliance with legal obligations. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. Showing personalized ads can, however, count as “sharing” (and in some cases a “sale”) as the CPRA defines those terms broadly; You can opt out with the Personalized ads switch in the game's settings, by limiting ad tracking on your device (see section 4), or by using the opt-out links on the vendor cards in section 3 where a vendor provides one. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Because most data described in this policy is collected directly by the SDK vendors in section 3, requests about that data are fastest through the vendor’s own privacy page. For anything else — or if you would like our help — email us at indeagamesstudio@gmail.com and we will respond within the time required by law.
The game itself keeps nothing on our servers. We rely on the security of your device and of the stores and SDK providers named in this policy. Data collected by third-party SDKs is retained by those vendors according to their own published retention periods, as described in their privacy policies. The SDK vendors protect data with industry-standard safeguards such as encryption in transit, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The SDK vendors listed in section 3 operate globally, so data they collect may be processed in the United States and other countries outside your own. Where data leaves the EU/EEA or UK, the vendors rely on recognized safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision (for example the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where the vendor is certified). Details are in each vendor’s privacy policy.
If we add an SDK, remove one, or change how data is handled, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top; where required, we will also give additional notice. The current version always lives at indeagames.com/privacy/foremantycoon.
