Indea Games (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent mobile game studio. This privacy policy covers the mobile game Fruit Slice 2048 (package name com.indeagames.fruitslice2048) on Android and iOS. It explains what data is processed when you play, why, and the choices you have. It applies only to this app — our other games have their own policies at indeagames.com/privacy.
Fruit Slice 2048 has no game account and no cloud wallet. We do not ask for your name, email address or contact details, and the game does not access contacts, calls, SMS, camera, microphone or precise location. Progress and settings are stored on your device. The purchase service RevenueCat processes purchase information, and the advertising software described below may process device and advertising data when advertising is enabled. Some of that data counts as personal data under laws such as the GDPR, and the rest of this policy explains how it is handled.
The game stores progress and stars, high scores, coins and XP, reserve power charges, discovered fruit, blade ownership and selection, daily rewards, language, sound, vibration and reminder preferences locally. There is no game account or cloud wallet. Coins and power reserves are earned through gameplay; they are not sold. Permanent purchase rights are cached locally and verified through RevenueCat.
Gameplay, reward, ad and purchase events with numeric values may be written to a size-limited local diagnostic file. This application does not upload that file to an analytics server. If you voluntarily send logs to support, we handle them with your message. Operating-system backups depend on your Google or Apple account settings; we cannot independently access them.
Google Play or the platform store processes payment. We do not receive full card numbers, bank passwords or payment-account credentials. RevenueCat may manage and verify purchases when the service is available. It may process an anonymous app-user identifier, product, app and store identifiers, transaction identifiers and receipts or tokens, purchase dates, entitlement status, app and operating-system version, store and technical connection information. Server connections also involve network data such as an IP address. Optional automatic device-identifier collection in RevenueCat is disabled by the app; necessary purchase verification data is still processed.
These records support permanent entitlement updates, restore and refund checks and security. The store offers three permanent products: transition-ad removal, a Fire blade appearance, and three festival blade appearances with transition-ad removal. Appearance bonuses require gameplay mastery. No paid coins, power charges or subscriptions are offered. We do not provide app-account-based cloud sync of earned coins or game progress.
Advertising is disabled in the current version of the game. Before advertising is enabled, this policy and the consent configuration must match the active providers. When ads are enabled and available, Yodo1 MAS and selected ad networks may serve ads, prevent fraud, measure delivery and report revenue. They may process app and device versions, IP addresses and derived approximate region, advertising identifiers where permitted, ad view, click and reward events and technical diagnostics. The game does not collect precise GPS location. Categories depend on the active network and permission configuration.
Where required, a privacy and consent flow is presented; the SDK flow handles age and applicable consent status. We do not presume legally required consent for personalized advertising. Rewarded videos are voluntary and no reward is promised when a video is unavailable. The remove-ads purchase removes interstitial transition ads; optional rewarded videos remain available by choice. Forced transition ads are not shown during gameplay or in the middle of endless flow.
You can manage advertising identifiers and personalization in Android advertising and privacy settings. The current version has no active in-app advertising privacy-options flow; that flow must be verified before advertising is enabled. Contact support to withdraw consent or request deletion. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing and does not make game access paid. Google advertising: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Reminders are off by default. Enabling them first shows an in-game explanation and then requests the necessary Android or iOS permission. No notification permission is requested at app launch. Scheduling and notification text are local; this app has no remote push server or push-token collection system. Disable reminders in the game or in your device's notification settings.
The game may request a Google Play review flow at an appropriate moment. Reviewing is optional; the game does not receive your rating or review content.
Email support involves your email address, message and voluntarily supplied attachments or logs. We use them to answer requests, resolve issues and handle privacy rights. Avoid sending irrelevant sensitive information. Send privacy requests to indeagamesstudio@gmail.com with the subject "Fruit Slice 2048 — Privacy"; we request only the information needed to verify a request, so never send passwords or full payment-card details.
We process data to run the game, retain preferences and progress, deliver requested products, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and provide requested support. We do not sell gameplay records to provide ad access or build profiles of your use of other apps. Depending on applicable law, game and purchase processing relies on performance of a contract; limited security and diagnostics on legitimate interests; legal and financial records on legal obligations; optional personalization and reminders on consent or device permission where required. Relevant Turkish processing follows applicable KVKK conditions. Consent-based choices can be withdrawn.
Necessary information may be shared with platform stores, RevenueCat, active Yodo1 and ad providers and support or legal service providers for their relevant function. Disclosure may also be required for valid legal requests, protection of rights or a business transfer with appropriate safeguards and notice. We do not sell personal data for money. Some jurisdictions define advertising disclosure as "sale" or "sharing"; applicable consent and opt-out rights are respected.
Store, RevenueCat, Yodo1 and ad infrastructure may operate outside Türkiye, including the United States and other countries. Applicable transfer requirements, provider agreements and safeguards apply; contact us about transfer-related rights. Network requests use the SDKs' secure transmission mechanisms. Local records use app and operating-system access controls. No system guarantees absolute security.
The intended audience is 13 and older. Fruit and cartoon visuals may also appeal to children. The game does not request a real name, age or other profile information. Advertising remains disabled until applicable audience and consent requirements are verified. If the target audience changes, the configuration and this policy will reflect child-safety and Families requirements. Local age thresholds may differ.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, information or copies, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, object to processing or withdraw consent. KVKK rights include learning whether data is processed, its purposes and recipients and exercising other applicable rights. Email indeagamesstudio@gmail.com; we respond within applicable legal deadlines and may require proportionate verification. You may complain to a competent data-protection authority. We can review provider deletion requests through support.
Fruit Slice 2048 is free to play. Advertising is disabled in the current version; the advertising software listed below is bundled so that, once advertising is enabled, ads (including optional rewarded videos) are delivered through the Yodo1 MAS mediation platform. Optional permanent purchases are handled by RevenueCat, Google Play and the Apple App Store. To do this, the app includes the third-party SDKs listed below. Each SDK collects the data shown on its card directly from your device, which means that data is shared with the vendor named on the card, and each vendor processes it under its own privacy policy, linked there. The same disclosures are reflected in the app’s Google Play Data Safety section and Apple App Privacy label. Mediation means Yodo1 passes each ad request on to a number of partner ad networks and serves whichever one fills it, so the data on the Yodo1 card is also received by the network that ultimately shows you the ad. Yodo1 maintains the current list of those partners, and each of them processes data under its own privacy policy; the Yodo1 policy linked below is the authoritative starting point for that list.

Ads in Fruit Slice 2048 may be personalized (chosen using your advertising ID and inferred interests) or non-personalized (chosen only from context, such as the game you are playing and your approximate region). Where the law requires it — for example under the GDPR — personalized ads are only shown with your consent, and declining consent means you see non-personalized ads instead; the game itself stays fully playable either way.
Your device’s advertising ID is a resettable identifier that ad networks use for frequency capping, fraud prevention, measurement and personalization (with your consent where the law requires it). You are in control of it:
We do not add analytics tools of our own to Fruit Slice 2048. The advertising SDK includes ThinkingData (in Yodo1 MAS), which the ad provider uses to measure how its ads and SDK perform; it may process device identifiers and usage events on the provider’s behalf, as described on its card in section 3. Basic, aggregated performance data may also be reported by the app stores.
Fruit Slice 2048 requests only the permissions it needs to work:
Fruit Slice 2048 is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at indeagamesstudio@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over your personal data, including the following.
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK (GDPR): you have the right to access, rectify, erase and receive a portable copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Our legal bases are your consent (optional ad personalization and reminders, where consent or a device permission is required), performance of our contract with you (processing and restoring your in-app purchases), our legitimate interests (non-personalized ads and fraud prevention) and compliance with legal obligations. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. Showing personalized ads can, however, count as “sharing” (and in some cases a “sale”) as the CPRA defines those terms broadly; you can opt out by limiting ad tracking on your device (see section 4) or by using the vendor opt-out links in section 3. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Because most data described in this policy is collected directly by the SDK vendors in section 3, requests about that data are fastest through the vendor’s own privacy page. For anything else — or if you would like our help — email us at indeagamesstudio@gmail.com and we will respond within the time required by law.
Local progress and preferences remain until you clear app data or uninstall; operating-system backups follow their own settings. Clearing data can permanently lose local progress, coins and reserve power charges. Permanent store entitlements are checked through the store and RevenueCat. Deleting local data does not delete platform purchase or legally required financial records. Support correspondence is kept as needed to resolve the issue, with the operational retention schedule subject to the studio's published policy; legal duties or disputes may require longer retention of necessary records. Transaction and provider records are retained for verification, security, legal and financial duties and provider contract requirements. Unnecessary data is deleted or anonymized. A universal fixed deletion period for every provider is not promised. Data collected by third-party SDKs is retained by those vendors according to their own published retention periods, as described in their privacy policies. The SDK vendors protect data with industry-standard safeguards such as encryption in transit, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The SDK vendors listed in section 3 operate globally, so data they collect may be processed in the United States and other countries outside your own. Where data leaves the EU/EEA or UK, the vendors rely on recognized safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision (for example the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where the vendor is certified). Details are in each vendor’s privacy policy.
If we add an SDK, remove one, or change how data is handled, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top; where required, we will also give additional notice. The current version always lives at indeagames.com/privacy/fruitslice.
