Indea Games (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent mobile game studio. This privacy policy covers the mobile game Stunt Wings (package name com.indeagames.stuntwings) on Android and iOS. It explains what data is processed when you play, why, and the choices you have. It applies only to this app — our other games have their own policies at indeagames.com/privacy.
Stunt Wings has no sign-up, login or profile. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or contacts. Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device; we do not upload them to any server. The third-party SDKs described in the Third-Party SDKs section do, however, collect some data from your device — such as your advertising ID, IP address and other device information — because our advertising partners need it to show and measure ads, and our purchase partner RevenueCat needs it to deliver and restore optional in-app purchases. Some of that data counts as personal data under laws such as the GDPR, and the rest of this policy explains how it is handled.
Game progress, unlocked content, upgrade levels, coins, high scores, statistics and settings are saved in local storage on your device. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed when you uninstall the game.
Stunt Wings is free to play and supported by advertising. Ads are served through the Yodo1 MAS mediation platform and its integrated ad networks listed in the Third-Party SDKs section (Google AdMob / Ad Manager is listed there as Google AdMob); depending on availability and your region, those networks may take part in the ad auction. The mediation stack may change over time; that list reflects the networks bundled with the game at the effective date of this policy. Our advertising integration is configured for a general (non-child-directed) audience.
When ads are requested or shown, these partners may collect and process:
We (Indea Games) do not receive your advertising identifier or IP address in a form that identifies you; we receive only aggregate, non-identifying reporting about ad performance and revenue, and we use it only to understand ad revenue and to operate and improve the game.
Our advertising partners use the information above, on our behalf, to:
We do not add any analytics or gameplay-tracking tools of our own, and the game does not send gameplay events to us. The Yodo1 MAS advertising SDK, however, includes the components below, which run inside the game and are operated by Yodo1 and its vendors. We do not receive the data they collect in a form that identifies you; Yodo1's privacy policy is linked on its card in the Third-Party SDKs section.
Where the store supports it, Stunt Wings offers optional one-time in-app purchases: coin packs, a starter pack, and removal of interstitial and banner ads. There are no subscriptions. On some platforms or versions purchases may not be available yet; in that case none of the purchase information below is collected.
Payments are processed entirely by Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store under their own terms and privacy policies. We never receive or store your card number, billing address or other payment details.
Purchase validation and restore are provided by RevenueCat, Inc. Its SDK connects to RevenueCat's servers each time the game starts (to check what you own and load store products), and when you buy or restore purchases. It sends:
RevenueCat uses this information, on our behalf, only to validate purchases with Google or Apple, deliver what you bought, let you restore purchases after reinstalling, handle refunds, and prevent fraud. We (Indea Games) can see purchase records in RevenueCat's dashboard under the anonymous ID only; we cannot identify you from them. Because we do not hold identifiable personal information about you ourselves, requests about purchase records may need to be directed to RevenueCat; include the approximate date and product, and we will help you route the request where we can.
The real-world city maps in the game (for example Paris, Istanbul, New York and Pisa) are drawn from OpenStreetMap data that is packaged inside the game. The game does not download map data while you play, does not read your device's GPS or location, and does not send any location information to us. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright).
Advertising partners may infer an approximate location from your IP address. If an ad's interactive content asks for permission to use your location, you can decline it; declining does not affect the game.
"Rate" in the game's settings opens the game's page in Google Play or the App Store; nothing is sent by the game. "Report an ad" opens your own email app with a message addressed to us so you can tell us about an inappropriate ad (what it showed and which advertiser or network, if you saw one); we use it to have the ad blocked. "Send feedback" opens your own email app with a message already addressed to us and pre-filled with the game version and your device model. Nothing is sent unless you press send in your email app; if you do, we receive the email address you send from and the content of your message, and we use it only to answer you and improve the game.
If you allow notifications, the game schedules occasional reminders (for example, that your daily bonus is ready) locally on your device. No push token or notification data is sent to us or to any third party. You can turn reminders off in the game's settings or in your device's notification settings at any time.
Before serving personalized ads to users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, the game displays a consent request using a Google-certified Consent Management Platform provided through Yodo1 (the User Messaging Platform). You may grant or decline consent, and change your choice later from the game's settings where available. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized (contextual).
For users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, we and our partners rely on your consent for personalized advertising and for any use of device or advertising identifiers that requires consent, and on our legitimate interests for showing non-personalized (contextual) ads, measuring their performance in aggregate, and preventing fraud, in a way that does not override your rights.
On iOS, the game will not use the IDFA or track you across apps and websites unless you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, ad measurement on iOS relies on Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork, and no cross-app identifier is used.
Any third party with whom we share information provides the same or an equivalent level of protection for it as is described in this policy. Information is processed by the advertising partners listed in the Third-Party SDKs section solely to provide advertising within the game, and by RevenueCat and Google Play or the Apple App Store solely to process, validate and restore in-app purchases. We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
Under certain laws (for example the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended), the use of advertising identifiers for personalized advertising may be considered "sharing" or a "sale". Where those laws apply, you have the right to opt out, which you can exercise with the Personalized ads switch in the game's settings, your device's advertising controls (see Advertising & Advertising ID) and the ad consent controls described above.
The game does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Where required by law, we treat recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) as a valid opt-out of "sharing" or "sale" for the applicable device.
The game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, such as 16 in parts of the EEA). If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns, please contact us at indeagamesstudio@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps to address it.
This policy first took effect on 22 September 2026; the current version was last updated on 30 September 2026. When we update it, we revise the date at the top of this page and, where required, provide additional notice. Material changes affecting how data is collected will take effect only after an updated version of the game is released.
Stunt Wings is free to play and is funded by ads and optional in-app purchases, delivered through the Yodo1 MAS mediation platform. To do this, the app includes the third-party SDKs listed below. Each SDK collects the data shown on its card directly from your device, which means that data is shared with the vendor named on the card, and each vendor processes it under its own privacy policy, linked there. The same disclosures are reflected in the app’s Google Play Data Safety section and Apple App Privacy label. Mediation means Yodo1 passes each ad request on to a number of partner ad networks and serves whichever one fills it, so the data on the Yodo1 card is also received by the network that ultimately shows you the ad. Yodo1 maintains the current list of those partners, and each of them processes data under its own privacy policy; the Yodo1 policy linked below is the authoritative starting point for that list.

Ads in Stunt Wings may be personalized (chosen using your advertising ID and inferred interests) or non-personalized (chosen only from context, such as the game you are playing and your approximate region). Where the law requires it — for example under the GDPR — personalized ads are only shown with your consent, and declining consent means you see non-personalized ads instead; the game itself stays fully playable either way.
Your device’s advertising ID is a resettable identifier that ad networks use for frequency capping, fraud prevention, measurement and personalization (with your consent where the law requires it). You are in control of it:
We do not add analytics tools of our own to Stunt Wings. The advertising SDK includes ThinkingData (in Yodo1 MAS), which the ad provider uses to measure how its ads and SDK perform; it may process device identifiers and usage events on the provider’s behalf, as described on its card in section 3. Basic, aggregated performance data may also be reported by the app stores.
Stunt Wings requests only the permissions it needs to work:
Stunt Wings is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at indeagamesstudio@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over your personal data, including the following.
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK (GDPR): you have the right to access, rectify, erase and receive a portable copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Our legal bases are your consent (personalized advertising), performance of our contract with you (processing and restoring your in-app purchases), our legitimate interests (non-personalized ads and fraud prevention) and compliance with legal obligations. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. Showing personalized ads can, however, count as “sharing” (and in some cases a “sale”) as the CPRA defines those terms broadly; You can opt out with the Personalized ads switch in the game's settings, by limiting ad tracking on your device (see section 4), or by using the opt-out links on the vendor cards in section 3 where a vendor provides one. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Because most data described in this policy is collected directly by the SDK vendors in section 3, requests about that data are fastest through the vendor’s own privacy page. For anything else — or if you would like our help — email us at indeagamesstudio@gmail.com and we will respond within the time required by law.
We do not store personal information on our own servers. RevenueCat retains purchase records for as long as needed to deliver and restore purchases and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, as described in its privacy policy. Locally stored game data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the game. Data collected by third-party SDKs is retained by those vendors according to their own published retention periods, as described in their privacy policies. The SDK vendors protect data with industry-standard safeguards such as encryption in transit, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The SDK vendors listed in section 3 operate globally, so data they collect may be processed in the United States and other countries outside your own. Where data leaves the EU/EEA or UK, the vendors rely on recognized safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision (for example the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where the vendor is certified). Details are in each vendor’s privacy policy.
If we add an SDK, remove one, or change how data is handled, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top; where required, we will also give additional notice. The current version always lives at indeagames.com/privacy/stuntwings.
