Anime Tower Defance — Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 30, 2026
Developer: Indea Games
App: Anime Tower Defance (package com.animetowerdefance.game)
Platforms: Android and iOS

1.Introduction

Indea Games (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent mobile game studio. This privacy policy covers the mobile game Anime Tower Defance (package name com.animetowerdefance.game) on Android and iOS. The game is available on Google Play. It explains what data is processed when you play, why, and the choices you have. It applies only to this app — our other games have their own policies at indeagames.com/privacy.

2.Data We Collect

Anime Tower Defance (shown in the game and on its store listing as Anime Guardian Defense) is a single-player tower-defense game. You can play without creating an account, and your game progress is stored locally on your device. We do not ask you to register, and we do not knowingly collect your name, email address or contacts. However, some information is collected automatically so the game can show ads and process optional purchases. The details are below, and the third-party services involved are described in section 3.

Advertising and device data

To display ads, our advertising partners may collect the information listed below. This data is used to serve and measure ads, and — where the law allows it and you have not opted out — to personalize them.

Purchase data

If you buy diamonds, the "Remove Ads" upgrade or the Starter Pack, the purchase is processed by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS) and managed through RevenueCat. We receive a purchase confirmation and an anonymous purchase identifier. We never receive or store your credit-card or payment details — those are handled entirely by Google Play or Apple.

Data stored only on your device

Your progress, coins, diamonds, unlocked heroes, upgrades, settings, and a limited, anonymous log of in-game events and errors (used only to diagnose problems) are saved locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to us and is removed when you uninstall the game.

How we use information and our legal bases

Our partners and how data is shared

Ads are delivered through Yodo1 MAS, which routes ad requests to advertising networks including Google AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, ironSource, Pangle, Meta Audience Network, Mintegral, Liftoff (Vungle), InMobi, Bigo Ads, Moloco, DT Exchange (Fyber), BidMachine and Yandex. The Yodo1 MAS software in the game also includes Yodo1's own analytics service, ThinkingData (ThinkingAI), which processes SDK usage and diagnostic data (for example device information, app version and ad events) on Yodo1's behalf (ThinkingData privacy policy: https://www.thinkingai.cn/en/privacy).

Purchases are processed by Google Play on Android (Google privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy) and by Apple on iOS, which also provides the App Tracking Transparency framework (Apple privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).

We do not sell your personal information for money. Data shared with these partners is used to provide advertising and purchase functionality within the game. The third parties with whom we share data protect that data at the same or an equivalent level as this policy.

Your choices

Exercising your privacy rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing done before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can exercise the opt-out with the Personalized ads switch in the game's Settings, or through your device's ad settings, as described under "Your choices" above.

Because the game has no accounts and we do not keep your data on our own servers, most advertising data is held by our partners. Contact us and we will help you exercise your rights with them.

Who is responsible for your data

The game is published by the developer listed on its Google Play or Apple App Store page, who is responsible for your data under this policy.

This policy inside the game

This policy is also available at https://sites.google.com/view/defansprivacypolicy/ana-sayfa and inside the game under Settings > Privacy Policy. Significant changes may also be announced within the game or on its store listing.

3.Third-Party SDKs

Anime Tower Defance is free to play and is funded by ads and optional in-app purchases, delivered through the Yodo1 MAS mediation platform. To do this, the app includes the third-party SDKs listed below. Each SDK collects the data shown on its card directly from your device, which means that data is shared with the vendor named on the card, and each vendor processes it under its own privacy policy, linked there. The same disclosures are reflected in the app’s Google Play Data Safety section and Apple App Privacy label. Mediation means Yodo1 passes each ad request on to a number of partner ad networks and serves whichever one fills it, so the data on the Yodo1 card is also received by the network that ultimately shows you the ad. Yodo1 maintains the current list of those partners, and each of them processes data under its own privacy policy; the Yodo1 policy linked below is the authoritative starting point for that list.

4.Advertising & Advertising ID

Ads in Anime Tower Defance may be personalized (chosen using your advertising ID and inferred interests) or non-personalized (chosen only from context, such as the game you are playing and your approximate region). Where the law requires it — for example under the GDPR — personalized ads are only shown with your consent, and declining consent means you see non-personalized ads instead; the game itself stays fully playable either way.

Your device’s advertising ID is a resettable identifier that ad networks use for frequency capping, fraud prevention, measurement and personalization (with your consent where the law requires it). You are in control of it:

5.Analytics

We do not add analytics tools of our own to Anime Tower Defance. The advertising SDK includes ThinkingData (in Yodo1 MAS), which the ad provider uses to measure how its ads and SDK perform; it may process device identifiers and usage events on the provider’s behalf, as described on its card in section 3. Basic, aggregated performance data may also be reported by the app stores.

6.App Permissions

Anime Tower Defance requests only the permissions it needs to work:

7.Children’s Privacy

Anime Tower Defance is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at mucize.uyku.app@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it.

8.Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over your personal data, including the following.

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK (GDPR): you have the right to access, rectify, erase and receive a portable copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Our legal bases are your consent (personalized advertising), performance of our contract with you (processing and restoring your in-app purchases), our legitimate interests (non-personalized ads and fraud prevention) and compliance with legal obligations. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. Showing personalized ads can, however, count as “sharing” (and in some cases a “sale”) as the CPRA defines those terms broadly; You can opt out with the Personalized ads switch in the game's settings, by limiting ad tracking on your device (see section 4), or by using the opt-out links on the vendor cards in section 3 where a vendor provides one. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Because most data described in this policy is collected directly by the SDK vendors in section 3, requests about that data are fastest through the vendor’s own privacy page. For anything else — or if you would like our help — email us at mucize.uyku.app@gmail.com and we will respond within the time required by law.

9.Data Retention & Security

We do not keep your data on our own servers. Data transmitted by the game and its partners is encrypted in transit using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS). Locally stored game data remains on your device until you delete it. Data collected by third-party SDKs is retained by those vendors according to their own published retention periods, as described in their privacy policies. The SDK vendors protect data with industry-standard safeguards such as encryption in transit, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10.International Transfers

The SDK vendors listed in section 3 operate globally, so data they collect may be processed in the United States and other countries outside your own. Where data leaves the EU/EEA or UK, the vendors rely on recognized safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision (for example the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where the vendor is certified). Details are in each vendor’s privacy policy.

11.Changes to This Policy

If we add an SDK, remove one, or change how data is handled, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top; where required, we will also give additional notice. The current version always lives at indeagames.com/privacy/animetowerdefance.

12.Contact
