Cook Blast Mania — Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 30, 2026
Developer: Indea Games
App: Cook Blast Mania (package com.cookblastmania.game on Android, com.cookblast.cookblast on iOS)
Platforms: Android and iOS

1.Introduction

Indea Games (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent mobile game studio. This privacy policy covers the mobile game Cook Blast Mania (package name com.cookblastmania.game on Android, com.cookblast.cookblast on iOS) on Android and iOS. It explains what data is processed when you play, why, and the choices you have. It applies only to this app — our other games have their own policies at indeagames.com/privacy.

2.Data We Collect

Cook Blast Mania has no accounts, sign-in or profiles. We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number, and we do not create an identifier for you ourselves. Your game progress is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers. The third-party SDKs described in section 3 do, however, collect some data from your device — such as your advertising ID and IP address — to show ads, measure how ads perform and process purchases. We do not run analytics or profiling tools of our own, and we do not sell your personal information for money. Some laws treat sharing an advertising identifier with advertising partners as a "sale" or "sharing" for advertising; you can opt out of that at any time, as described under "Your advertising choices" and "Personalized ads switch" below.

Game progress on your device

Your progress (current level, score, coin balance, energy, booster counts, daily reward timestamps, and whether you have bought the "Remove Ads" upgrade) is stored only on your device. It is not sent to our servers. Because of this, progress cannot be restored if you delete the game or change device; purchases can be restored with "Restore Purchases" in the game's settings.

How we use this information

Purchases

When you buy something in the game, the purchase is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Our purchase provider, RevenueCat, which manages in-app purchases and purchase restoration, gives the purchase an anonymous identifier that it generates itself and tells us the product bought and its status. We never receive or store your payment card details.

Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS) process payments and store your purchases, each under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.

Data collected by advertising partners

The game shows interstitial and rewarded video ads through the Yodo1 MAS mediation service, which works with several advertising networks. To do this, these partners may collect:

Ad measurement by ThinkingData

The Yodo1 MAS advertising service also includes an analytics component, provided by ThinkingData, that measures how ads and the service perform, using the identifiers and device information listed above. It is part of the advertising service, not an analytics tool of our own.

Your advertising choices

Android: you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads).

iOS: the game asks for your permission before it tracks you across other companies' apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, or later turn tracking off in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, the game still works and ads are still shown, but they are not personalized using your IDFA.

EEA, UK and Switzerland: where the law requires your consent for personalized advertising, our advertising service may show a consent message (Google's User Messaging Platform) and uses your answer. You can change it later if the message offers that option.

Personalized ads switch (California and everyone else)

Open Settings in the game and turn off "Personalized ads". This tells our advertising partners not to sell or share your personal information for advertising. It is on by default. Your choice is saved on your device and reaches the advertising networks the next time you open the game.

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information yourself with this switch. To use any other right, email us at subs4mobile@gmail.com.

Remove Ads

You can buy the optional "Remove Ads" upgrade, which removes full-screen (interstitial) ads. Optional rewarded videos, which you choose to watch in exchange for a reward, remain available.

Reporting an ad

If you see an ad you think is inappropriate, misleading or broken, open Settings in the game and tap "Report an ad". This opens an email to us with what you write, plus the app version, your device platform and the time. We use it only to look into the ad and to report it to our advertising partner. You can also email us at subs4mobile@gmail.com.

Deleting your data

Your game progress is stored only on your device, so deleting the game deletes it. Purchases stay with your Google or Apple account and can be restored later with "Restore Purchases" in the game's settings.

Earlier versions of the game saved progress to our servers under a random anonymous identifier. That feature has been removed and current versions send no progress or identifier to us. If you used one of those earlier versions and want any data that may remain on our servers deleted, email us at subs4mobile@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Reports you send us (for example with "Report an ad") are kept only as long as needed to look into them; you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Data held by the third-party services described in this policy is handled according to their own policies. On Android you can reset your advertising ID in your device settings; on iOS you can turn tracking off in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Third parties we share data with

Any third party with whom we share user data, such as analytics tools, advertising networks and third-party SDKs, will provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this privacy policy.

3.Third-Party SDKs

Cook Blast Mania is free to play and is funded by ads and optional in-app purchases, delivered through the Yodo1 MAS mediation platform. To do this, the app includes the third-party SDKs listed below. Each SDK collects the data shown on its card directly from your device, which means that data is shared with the vendor named on the card, and each vendor processes it under its own privacy policy, linked there. The same disclosures are reflected in the app’s Google Play Data Safety section and Apple App Privacy label. Mediation means Yodo1 passes each ad request on to a number of partner ad networks and serves whichever one fills it, so the data on the Yodo1 card is also received by the network that ultimately shows you the ad. Yodo1 maintains the current list of those partners, and each of them processes data under its own privacy policy; the Yodo1 policy linked below is the authoritative starting point for that list.

4.Advertising & Advertising ID

Ads in Cook Blast Mania may be personalized (chosen using your advertising ID and inferred interests) or non-personalized (chosen only from context, such as the game you are playing and your approximate region). Where the law requires it — for example under the GDPR — personalized ads are only shown with your consent, and declining consent means you see non-personalized ads instead; the game itself stays fully playable either way.

Your device’s advertising ID is a resettable identifier that ad networks use for frequency capping, fraud prevention, measurement and personalization (with your consent where the law requires it). You are in control of it:

5.Analytics

We do not add analytics tools of our own to Cook Blast Mania. The advertising SDK includes ThinkingData (in Yodo1 MAS), which the ad provider uses to measure how its ads and SDK perform; it may process device identifiers and usage events on the provider’s behalf, as described on its card in section 3. Basic, aggregated performance data may also be reported by the app stores.

6.App Permissions

Cook Blast Mania requests only the permissions it needs to work:

7.Children’s Privacy

Cook Blast Mania is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at subs4mobile@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it.

8.Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over your personal data, including the following.

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK (GDPR): you have the right to access, rectify, erase and receive a portable copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Our legal bases are your consent (personalized advertising), performance of our contract with you (processing and restoring your in-app purchases), our legitimate interests (non-personalized ads and fraud prevention) and compliance with legal obligations. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. Showing personalized ads can, however, count as “sharing” (and in some cases a “sale”) as the CPRA defines those terms broadly; You can opt out with the Personalized ads switch in the game's settings, by limiting ad tracking on your device (see section 4), or by using the opt-out links on the vendor cards in section 3 where a vendor provides one. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Because most data described in this policy is collected directly by the SDK vendors in section 3, requests about that data are fastest through the vendor’s own privacy page. For anything else — or if you would like our help — email us at subs4mobile@gmail.com and we will respond within the time required by law.

9.Data Retention & Security

We do not keep your game progress; it stays on your device. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer them. Earlier versions of the game saved progress to our servers; see "Deleting your data" above for how to have any data that may remain deleted. Data collected by third-party SDKs is retained by those vendors according to their own published retention periods, as described in their privacy policies. The SDK vendors protect data with industry-standard safeguards such as encryption in transit, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10.International Transfers

The SDK vendors listed in section 3 operate globally, so data they collect may be processed in the United States and other countries outside your own. Where data leaves the EU/EEA or UK, the vendors rely on recognized safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision (for example the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where the vendor is certified). Details are in each vendor’s privacy policy.

11.Changes to This Policy

If we add an SDK, remove one, or change how data is handled, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top; where required, we will also give additional notice. The current version always lives at indeagames.com/privacy/cookblastmania.
